Jennifer York joined the Firm in 2017 and focuses her practice on community association law, collections, construction law, complex commercial litigation, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the Saydah Law Firm, Jennifer sold residential real estate in the Central Florida area. Jennifer also has a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Jennifer then received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in law school, Jennifer received the book awards in Bankruptcy Law, Copyright, White Collar Crime, and Family Law.
Jennifer also received the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association Book Award for her success in Bankruptcy Law. Jennifer has worked with firms focusing primarily on real estate issues, including community association law, real estate transactions, foreclosures, and construction.
