Matthew Neff joined the firm in 2016 and focuses his practice on community association law, collections, construction law, complex commercial litigation, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the Saydah Law Firm, Mr. Neff practiced labor and employment law and worked on a judicial campaign.
Mr. Neff graduated with a B.A. in political science from the University of Central Florida. He then received his J.D. magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law. While a student at Florida State, Mr. Neff was an article and notes editor for the Business Review. In addition, Mr. Neff was on the Dean’s List and earned book awards in Condominium & Community Housing Law, Local Government Law, Evidence, Family Law, Employment Discrimination, and Race and the Law. He also received the law student award from the City, County, and Local Government section of the Florida Bar, and the outstanding labor and employment law student from the Labor and Employment Section of the Florida Bar.
