Neil A. Saydah started the Saydah Law Firm in 2007.  Mr. Saydah earned his bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. and he obtained his law degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  After graduating from Lafayette College, Mr. Saydah served six years on active duty in the United States Army.  After attaining the rank of Captain, Neil left the Army to pursue his law degree.

Neil is also a member of the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka.

Kayla Jacobs joined the Saydah Law Firm in June of 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Towson, Maryland, and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Kayla also served as a legal intern with the Baltimore County Office of the Inspector General. Kayla practices mainly in community association law, real estate law, construction law, and probate and estate administration.

Kayla is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Seminole County Bar Association.

Erin Glover-Frey joined Saydah Law Firm in August 2024. Erin’s practice focuses on community association law, real estate and general litigation. Erin is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, which is the Florida Bar’s highest recognition of an attorney’s expertise, professionalism and ethics. Erin received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, and her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, where she served on the editorial staff of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Erin is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.

Alexis Myers joined Saydah Law Firm in August 2024. Alexis earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida and moved to Orlando to continue her education at Barry University School of Law to obtain her J.D degree. Alexis aspires to be a Civil Litigator.

Lynelle Sierra joined Saydah Law Firm in March 2025. Lynelle is a dedicated legal assistant with experience in the field since 2019. Lynelle is a Florida native and is passionate about giving back to the community by volunteering with the American Cancer Society, the Children’s Home Society, and the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
